How do I know that my order is shipped?
When you have multiple items in your order, as soon as an item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number for the item, when available. Once all of the items in your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a “Shipping Notification” email with tracking number(s). You can also check the order status under your account, once an order is shipped the order status changes to “Shipped”. Please note that orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may or may not be shipped on the same day. In the case of more than one shipment, you will receive multiple tracking codes.
I did not receive an “Order Confirmation’ email, is there any problem?

Not necessarily. Email servers may take some time to relay an email, due to network congestions, security checks, and other technical reasons.

The email may also ends up in Spam folder, make sure to whitelist pronleststudio.com domain in your email software.

Remember that you can always check your order status under your account.

 

How can I track my order?

As soon as you received the “Shipping Notification email, you can view your order and tracking details under your account.

Please note that orders with multiple items that are shipped from different fulfillment centers will have multiple tracking numbers.

We will provide you with a link to track your order in the “Shipping Notification” email and under your account.

What if I entered incorrect shipping address during purchase?

If you provide an incorrect shipping address on the checkout, you need to take action to correct it WITHIN 4 HOURS after placing the order, otherwise it may be returned to our warehouse, or never arrives.

You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you, if and as applicable.

Please always double check the shipping address before placing an order. If you have created an account, make sure to always keep your shipping and billing addresses up to date under your profile to avoid any inconveniences.

While we go beyond and above to keep our customers happy, we won’t be able to correct the shipping address after the deadlines passed of placing orders and can not accept any responsibilities for any misdelivered shipments or losses due to customer’s errors.

How do I know that my order is in production?

When the cancellation grace period is over, we will send your order to production.

During production time, the order status will remain as “Fulfillment” under your account in Orders tab.

How should I correct the shipping address if I entered incorrect one?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, WITHIN 4 HOURS after placing the order, do as instructed below.

  • Log in to the account that you used to make a purchase and correct your shipping address under Address tab on your profile.
  • After that, go to the “Customer Support” tab under My Account page.
  • Fill out the form and let us know that you entered your shipping address incorrectly during purchase, include the Order Number in your message.
    Note that your name and email address is prepopulated in the form and you can not change it.
  • Indicate that you have corrected shipping address and it is now updated and accurate under your account.

We will send a confirmation email to you to validate the request, and you have two hours to approve the request. Upon your approval, we update your shipping address in our order processing system with the updated shipping address under your account.

We consider incomplete requests as spam and will not respond, and for your security, we may suspend your account if we believe it was breached.

How do I get the refund after cancellation?

After cancellation, we will refund you in full with the exact amount and same currency that you paid during the purchase.

For your safety and protection, we only refund the amount through same payment method that you used during your purchase. There is no exception to this rule.

We will refund cancellations within 48 hours, and you will receive a “Refund Notice” email when we make the refund.

Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take some time for the fund to be available in your account. Please contact your bank or financial institution if you are not seeing the fund in your account within a week after the refund is processed.

What is Cancel Grace Period and how long does it take?

Within 2 hours after a purchase, in case you changed your mind, you can cancel the order. After that, you will not be able to cancel and we will send the item(s) in your order to production.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, login to your account and go to Orders tab. During the Cancel Grace Period, the product is eligible for cancellation, and you will see Cancel button in front of the order.

Click the button to cancel the order. That will cancel the whole order. Note that in such case, you won’t be able to just cancel a single item in an order and the whole order is being cancelled.

We will refund you within 48 hours of cancellation.

As soon as the cancellation period has passed, the Cancel button will no longer be available, and we will not accept cancel request.

Why don’t you charge sales taxes in US?

For US customers, the products prices are final and sales tax is included in it.

Shipping is taxable in some states, in those cases you may see that little extra cost on the shipping fee.
