When users engage with our digital properties, for example visiting a product page on our website, the data we collect tells us that there was a product page view, but we don’t know who the viewer was. Some other forms of users’ attributes that we keep in aggregated format are browser types, errors, and country of visits.
A) Storage of aggregated data
We use commercial digital analytics software such as Google Analytics to collect aggregated data. Aggregated data is not being stored on our servers.
We do not collect your personally identifiable information (PII) in digital analytics software, and anonymize your IP address at all time.
We keep the aggregated data for 24 months from the last time you visited our website.
B) Use of aggregated data
To improve our services for our users, we mostly use the aggregated data to figure out issues on our digital properties. Such examples are diagnosing broken area of the website, or improving page load speed in locations that our users experience slower load time.
Where available, our services may use technologies to determine a device’s approximate location to allow us to comply with local privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
3. Personal Data
When users make a purchase on our website, they become our customers. We need to collect personal data that are required to conduct business with our customers, such as name, shipping address, and email address.

Note that we only use national postal services and internationally recognized shipping companies such as Royal Mail, USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx. After you made a purchase on our website and we ship the order(s), you will be provided with the detail of shipping service(s) that we used to send your order(s).
D) Storage of your personal data
We may take technology measures to make sure your personal data record is complete and accurate, and store your data on our secure cloud servers.
We store our processing record of your personal data for ten years from the time of your put your first order. You have the right to request removal of your personal data from our servers.

We recommend you to make your choice among different payments cautiously. “Prinlet Fashion Studio” should not be liable for your choice of data processing by Stripe or PayPal when you click the checkout button.

You have the right to request complete erasure of your personal data on our servers and our third parties’ databases.

However, we may retain data related to you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, if required by law, or for legitimate purposes, such as analysis of non-personal data, account recovery, auditing our records, and enforcing our rights and obligations under our agreements.
We do not store your credit card number or financial information in any form. You may need to contact the payment service provider that we use, including Stripe and PayPal for changes or erasure of your financial data.
