Please note that the currency for payments on our website is US Dollars.
We are using payment systems from well know providers in the industry including Stripe and PayPal, the two most secure and reliable payment gateways.
You can pay directly with majority of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, or use your PayPal account for payment.
For your security, we never store your credit card number in our database. There is a feature during checkout to save your payment method for future use. If you decide to use it, our payment providers will store your information, not us.
All payments are in US Dollars.
All refund amounts are also in same currency in the exact same purchase amount plus shipping.
When you pay with payment methods other than USD, the exchange rate and any other fees are being applied from your financial institute, not us.

As a token of our appreciation for having you as our customer, we offer you with point rewards for every purchase. You collect points on the retail dollar value of the item. Taxes, if applicable, and shipping are excluded and you will not earn points on them.
Points expire within 365 days of acquiring it, and you can manage your points and redeem them under your account.
We are grateful to have a customer like you, and to value your trust in us, you will earn 5000 extra points in your first purchase.
All prices on the website are tax included for US customers. Shipping is taxable in some states, in those cases you may see that little extra cost on the shipping fee.
In Canada, we collect sales tax separately, when applicable, according to local sales tax rates. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at the checkout on the Website.
Prices are VAT included for customers in UK and Spain. All other EU customers may need to pay tax upon delivery of the products, depending on declared value of the order and VAT exemption limit of the destination country.
For customers in other countries that we ship to, all prices on the Website are exclusive of applicable sales taxes.
There may be some other cases that our production partners collect that tax on our behalf, but it is usually included in the price.
Depending on the total value of your order, if you exceed the exempt limit in your country, you may need to pay duties.
For US customers, most of the packages are being shipped within US and they will not pay customs duties. However, depends on the states, there might be applicable sales tax which will remain your responsibility to pay, if isn’t paid during the purchase.
Customers in EU zone also receive some of the products from within EU, however duties and taxes vary from country to country, and you will be responsible for applicable sales taxes.
Yes, if you don’t like the product, we accept return, except for the items that are non-refundable due to hygiene concerns, such as face masks or underwear.
As soon the status of an order is changed to “Delivered”, you have seven days to request a refund. When seven days passed, we will not be able to accept the return.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item to our warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
At any time, once you have collected enough points, you can use it on the checkout for full payment or partial discount.
Please note that shipping and taxes is not covered with points. However, when you apply a discount or pay full amount with your points, applicable taxes will be lower, or none.

Important Note: For the safety of our customers, we do not resell retuned items until the COVID-19 pandemic is over. Please consult the size chart and choose the items carefully to help us reduce waste and damage to the environment.
We make the products after we receive your order mainly to reduce cost and lower the damage to the environment. Normal production time takes up to 1 weeks before we ship the items to you.
The production time may vary based on days of the week, number of items in your orders, and type of the products. We will do our very best to process every order in the shortest time possible.
We do process the orders every day, however we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or nationally observed US and Canadian holidays.
Altogether, it may take between 2 to 4 weeks for production and delivery after placing an order.
COVID-19 Update: We have worked very hard to keep the production time under 2 weeks however in rare cases, it may take up to 3 weeks.
COVID-19 Update: Shipment is impacted all around the world. We are doing our best to make fast delivery, and in the USA our delivery is considerably fast, however shipping to other countries might take up to 6 weeks. We advice our customers in the following countries to be aware of a possible long delivery time:
Australia, Canada, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland.

Yes, we are very environmentally conscious.
We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.
Our inks are water based and eco-friendly, and our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen-printed shirts, but just as durable.
We’re using CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks, which are required when printing on children’s wear 12 and below.
No, at this time, we are not offering gift cards.
We never go on sale for various reasons.
We believe our prices are fair, and our low markup does not give us too much wiggle room on pricing.
We don’t have an inventory of products, so if some are not doing well, we just take it out of our catalogue.
Also we truly believe in nurturing long term relationship with our customers and rewarding our loyal customers, then just creating an opportunity for a shopping spree. To that purpose, from time to time, we offer additional points on purchases, and may load extra points as a gift to our loyal customers.
An account with no prior fulfilled purchase that shows no activity for certain duration of time, which is set by admin, is considered dormant.
A dormant account is being suspended after the inactivity duration passed and cannot be re-activated. We suspend dormant accounts for security reasons and to protect our customers.
You can use your email address in your account as your username.
On our website and on the login page, we provided you with a feature to reset your password. Simply follow the instruction and you are all set.
Important Note: We never share your password via email, if you forgot your password, use the “Forgot Password” feature on the website to reset it.
We do not provide support with regards to maintaining customer’s account, and reserve the rights to disable any account with malicious or harmful activities.
We will not accept any responsibility if you lost your access to your account and cannot retrieve it.
